What is the cancellation policy? We operate on a performance-based model, not a contract-based one. You can cancel your service at any time with 30 days’ notice. We believe in earning your partnership every month through exceptional service.
What happens if I cancel my service? Upon cancellation, your site will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. Your domain remains your property and can be transferred to any provider. Because your site is built on our proprietary high-performance platform, the site files are not transferable to "budget" shared hosts. However, your data and domain are always yours to keep.
